Throughout David's career both as a racer and as manager to so many of Ireland's top road racers, David built up many close relationships with what have become some of the finest Trade Sponsors it would be possible to be associated with. Without these companies, the sport simply would not survive. It is to these companies credit that so many of them have agreed to carry on their terrific support with the "David Wood Foundation".
